Assistant Hotel Manager

About the role

The Assistant Hotel Manager will work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure smooth daily operations across all departments of our property in Saudi Arabia. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate front‑desk and receptionist activities, including check‑in/check‑out, reservations and front‑desk system management.
• Supervise food and beverage operations, ensuring service standards and quality are met.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and monitoring of revenue and expenses.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Manage staff schedules, provide coaching, and conduct performance feedback.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and partners and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management, preferably with a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage guest relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
