About the role
Raffles Makkah Palace, part of Accor, seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in delivering the high standards of service expected at this luxury hotel. The role focuses on overseeing banquet area operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and assist the Banquet Director in daily department operations, ensuring service standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of all banquet areas and coordinate repairs with the Maintenance department.
- Train supervisors and colleagues as required, and address guest concerns promptly.
- Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs while following departmental policies.
- Report maintenance items and adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
Required profile
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality or related field.
- University/College degree in a related discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
