Assistant Learning & Quality Manager

About the role

The Assistant Learning & Quality Manager will drive learning initiatives and uphold service standards across the hotel. This role blends training delivery, quality monitoring and coaching to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of training programs that support colleague development.
• Monitor service standards and conduct regular quality checks throughout the hotel.
• Coach and support department leaders to enhance service quality and performance.
• Manage onboarding, orientation and ongoing learning activities for all colleagues.
• Review guest feedback and quality results to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Prepare and analyse learning and quality reports to track performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Hospitality or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, HR or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Passion for learning, coaching and continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
