Assistant Manager, Executive Medical Representation

About the role

As an Assistant Manager in Executive Medical Representation, you will ethically detail Nestlé Infant Nutrition products across your assigned territory. You will communicate accurate product information to medical and paramedical professionals, supporting mothers who are unable or choose not to breastfeed.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Nestlé’s stance that breastfeeding is the best option for infants while providing reliable information on infant nutrition.
• Detail Nestlé Infant Nutrition products to medical and paramedical contacts, ensuring compliance with WHO Code, Nestlé instructions, and local regulations.
• Organise and run product‑knowledge, nutrition, and scientific meetings, including sponsorship and guest‑lecturer invitations.
• Monitor competitor activities, new products, and communication strategies, reporting findings to the Medical Field Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all correspondence, actions, and contact information using master lists and call cards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition, Biology or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
