Assistant Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to support financial planning and analysis activities. You will help shape the company’s financial strategy by preparing forecasts, analysing variances, and delivering insights that drive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts aligned with departmental and strategic objectives.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to evaluate performance against budget targets and highlight key trends.
• Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and support financial decision‑making.
• Support financial modeling for investment evaluation and project viability.
• Stay updated on industry best practices to improve the financial planning process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information.
