Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role
The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage will support the Outlet Manager in running the assigned outlet as a profitable, independent operation. You will help maintain Hyatt International standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences and adhering to budgetary targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in day‑to‑day operations and financial performance of the outlet.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, health and safety regulations, and service quality.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Control costs, manage inventory, and support budgeting processes.
- Lead and motivate the outlet team to achieve service excellence.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
