About the role
The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage will support the Outlet Manager in running the assigned outlet as an independent profit centre. You will help uphold Hyatt International standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and operate within budgetary constraints.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Manager in day‑to‑day operations and financial performance.
- Maintain the outlet’s operating concept and brand standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Control costs and support budgeting activities.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver quality service.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑standard environment.
