About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Housekeeping to support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations of the housekeeping department within a hotel environment. The role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and efficient team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in planning and coordinating daily cleaning schedules.
- Supervise and train housekeeping attendants and team leaders to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to verify compliance with hotel standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues related to housekeeping services promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as Assistant Manager or Team Leader within housekeeping.
- Strong communication and customer‑relation abilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.
