Assistant Outlet Manager - Arabic Speaking

About the role

As an Assistant Outlet Manager at Miraval The Red Sea, you will support the Outlet Manager in delivering mindful, high‑quality dining experiences. This onsite role focuses on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and fostering a culturally authentic environment for Arabic‑speaking guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to standards.
• Lead briefings, communicate priorities, menu updates, wellness offerings and guest preferences.
• Maintain the outlet’s cleanliness, presentation, ambiance and readiness throughout service.
• Monitor reservations, seating, and table management to optimise guest flow and efficiency.
• Execute opening, operating and closing procedures accurately.
• Provide warm, personalized service that reflects Miraval’s mindful hospitality philosophy.
• Build authentic relationships with Arabic‑speaking guests, ensuring culturally appropriate communication.
• Address guest concerns and service recovery promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in restaurant or outlet management.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury‑dining environment.
