Assistant Reservations Manager

About the role

The Assistant Reservations Manager will support the Director of Sales & Marketing in translating Jayasom’s wellness strategy into effective reservations programs. This role focuses on driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering a culture of sustainability and wellness at the upcoming Jayasom Wellness Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement reservations programs targeting local and international markets.
• Maximise revenue opportunities through yield management and pricing strategies.
• Increase brand awareness and promote resort services to strengthen the organisation’s reputation.
• Act as an ambassador for Jayasom’s wellness and sustainability culture, leading by example.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business development.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with ownership, department heads, team members, and corporate offices.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, committees, and community relations activities.
• Promote a collaborative, ethical, and culturally appropriate work environment.
