Assistant Reservations Manager

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As an Assistant Reservations Manager, you’re not just managing the hotel’s reservations operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every stay special for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations, including room inventory, group blocks, cut‑off dates, rate restrictions and system usage.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue by reviewing and adjusting rate strategies, occupancy levels and promotional efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to manage group bookings, corporate rates and special events.
• Manage third‑party channels, negotiate rates and ensure proper implementation of reservation procedures.
• Generate reports and forecasts on occupancy, revenue and other key performance indicators.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, coaching and performance monitoring.
