Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As an Assistant Security Manager at Hilton, you will protect the hotel’s interior and exterior, ensuring a safe environment that allows guests to enjoy memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols to monitor interior and exterior premises, identifying and addressing safety risks and undesirable conditions.
• Support emergency responses by coordinating actions during fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Supervise and develop the security team, training, scheduling, and guiding Security Guards/Officers to maintain high performance.
• Investigate incidents by gathering information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting of security events.
• Promote workplace safety by encouraging adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members.
• Provide security backup, stepping in to fulfill security officer duties whenever required.
