Assistant Security Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Raffles The Red Sea is looking for a detail‑oriented Assistant Security Manager to support the Security Manager in safeguarding guests, staff and assets at our ultra‑luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining security policies, procedures and protocols aligned with Saudi regulations and international hospitality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring and regular briefings.
• Monitor CCTV, access‑control and alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality across the property.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, threat analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, document events and prepare detailed reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of security management experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury resort environments.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise security teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian security regulations and compliance requirements.
