Assistant Store Manager – Coffee Shop

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our busy coffee shop in Al Khobar. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help ensure smooth store performance, high‑quality service and a welcoming environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, product quality and store cleanliness.
• Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales targets and operational goals.
• Help with staff scheduling, training and performance management.
• Monitor inventory levels, place stock orders and control waste.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company policies.
• Support sales initiatives, upselling and store profitability.
• Implement marketing promotions and in‑store campaigns.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in food‑and‑beverage or coffee‑shop operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in coffee brands or café chains is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Al Khobar.
