About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales performance for a leading luxury brand. Acting as the Store Manager’s deputy, you will step in to lead the store whenever required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in defining and executing business strategies to exceed financial targets.
• Provide commercial recommendations to improve sales productivity and cross‑selling.
• Coach the team on KPI achievement, up‑selling, and product knowledge.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
• Represent the brand in local market events and on the sales floor, ensuring premium client service.
• Promote omni‑channel awareness and support e‑commerce order fulfillment.
• Lead recruitment activities, talent identification, and staff development.
