Assistant Training Manager (Saudi National Only)

About the role

The Assistant Training Manager supports the design, delivery and evaluation of employee training programs to drive business results. This position works closely with operational leaders to identify performance gaps and ensure staff receive the knowledge and skills needed to excel in hospitality and customer service environments.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and communicate all training initiatives to employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Assist in conducting needs assessments, designing curricula, and facilitating both custom and corporate training sessions.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and participant progress, gathering feedback to improve program effectiveness.
• Partner with managers to evaluate whether training translates into improved technical and leadership performance.
• Analyze guest satisfaction data, comment cards, and other metrics to identify training improvement areas.
• Support the development of training plans and budgets, aligning programs with key business indicators.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Either a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field plus 1 year of HR or related experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with no experience required.
• Certified trainer credential.
