About the role

The Assistant Waiter/Waitress supports the service team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA, ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

Assist waiters and waitresses with table settings, service preparation, and clearing.
Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, buffets, and stations.
Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Refill water, bread, and other accompaniments to ensure guest satisfaction.
