Associate Analyst, Business Development (Launch Program 2027)

About the role

Mastercard is offering an 18-month Launch Program in Riyadh for a Business Analyst within its Services Business Development team. The program builds specialized expertise through hands-on experience, structured learning and mentorship, and lets you work on real business challenges. Services Business Development identifies, shapes and commercializes opportunities across Mastercard Services, manages the Services P&L and works with Clients, Account Management, Product and Delivery teams to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
• Support the development of client proposals, presentations and business cases
• Analyze sales pipeline, revenue performance and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations
• Assist with opportunity tracking, forecasting and reporting
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance and Delivery
• Prepare materials for customer meetings, business reviews and leadership updates
• Contribute to strategic initiatives growing the Services business
• Build a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services industry and Mastercard's products and solutions

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation between June 2026 and August 2027
• Available to start on 1 September 2027
• Recent graduate who enjoys analytical problem-solving, working with data and collaborating across teams
