Associate Contract Advisor (Maintenance)

About the role

The Associate Contract Advisor (Maintenance) supports YASREF’s contract activities by ensuring timely and compliant procurement of materials, services, and equipment for the maintenance portfolio. The role focuses on minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity through effective supplier engagement and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and modify contracts to ensure completeness, compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor vendor performance, funding, and payments; flag potential non‑compliance.
• Participate in purchase requisition evaluation, bid evaluation and contract award processes.
• Verify validity of bank guarantees and insurance policies for assigned contracts.
• Handle contract disputes, claim resolutions and audit findings.
• Prepare Tender Review Committee (TRC) documentation and negotiate change orders with finance.
• Coordinate operational issues with OME and support departments to improve contracting services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contract records in the contract database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 0 years experience for Saudi nationals or 3 years for expatriates.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
