Associate Director – Data Science Trainer

About the role

Fitch Learning is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Data Science training faculty in Riyadh. You will design and deliver high‑impact learning programs that equip finance professionals with practical data science, analytics, and quantitative skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality training programs in data science, analytics, statistics and machine learning for corporate and professional learners.
• Create engaging learning materials such as presentations, practical exercises, case studies, assessments and supporting resources.
• Deliver training across virtual, in‑person and blended formats, translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of Fitch Learning’s data science curriculum and broader technical training portfolio.
• Partner with product, sales and client‑facing teams to develop tailored learning solutions for banks, regulators and other financial institutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and incorporate learner and client feedback to continuously improve program quality.
• Support business development by providing subject‑matter expertise for proposals, pitches and client discussions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic with the ability to deliver training in Arabic.
• Strong subject‑matter expertise in data science, analytics, statistics or machine learning.
