Associate Director – Residential Marketing

About the role

The Associate Director – Residential Marketing will shape and execute luxury residential marketing strategies for Red Sea Global’s portfolio of high‑end projects. Reporting to the Director, you will lead the creation of compelling campaigns that attract ultra‑high‑net‑worth and high‑net‑worth buyers across the GCC and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director in designing and rolling out local, GCC and international marketing strategies.
• Manage agency relationships to ensure creative excellence, timely delivery and value.
• Collaborate with corporate and destination marketing teams for alignment on campaigns.
• Produce elevated digital and offline marketing materials for the residential sales team.
• Partner with operator brands to approve marketing collaterals and campaigns.
• Plan and execute launches, events, exhibitions and activations targeting UHNW and HNW audiences.
• Develop and refine residential show‑suite experiences.
• Define and optimise the luxury residential presence across all digital platforms.
• Drive paid digital campaigns, media buying and PR/social media content to generate leads and conversions.
• Establish brand partnerships with luxury brands and create affinity programmes.
• Set department KPIs, monitor performance and inform investment decisions.
• Manage the residential marketing budget in coordination with finance, sales and development teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in luxury residential or high‑end real‑estate marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a marketing team.
• Strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, KPI setting and performance analysis.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering successful multi‑channel campaigns.
