Associate Logistics Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Logistics Analyst to support logistics and warehouse operations across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with internal teams and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient, compliant product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics to achieve on‑time, accurate order fulfilment.
• Coordinate transportation and warehouse activities with 3PL providers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and control activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational exceptions.
• Track logistics KPIs, prepare operational reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and medical device regulations.
• Support stock transfers, product launches, and supply‑chain improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects to optimise cost, performance, and service levels.
• Maintain documentation and assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
