Associate Principal – Data Portal Lead

About the role

The Associate Principal will lead the vision, strategy and delivery of the Abaad Data Portal, ensuring it meets business objectives, customer needs and platform capabilities. This senior position drives product planning, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement to provide scalable, reliable data services for internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the strategic vision for the Abaad Data Portal, aligning with organizational and customer objectives.
• Develop, communicate and execute the product roadmap across the full product lifecycle.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, engineering and delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparent communication.
• Monitor product performance, drive continuous enhancements and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 72 months (6 years) of experience in product management, data platforms or related technology domains.
• Proven ability to lead product vision, strategy and roadmap development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
