Effat University is seeking a dynamic academic professional to join its Computer Science department as an Associate Professor or Professor. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing teaching excellence, pioneering research, and fostering community engagement within the university.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses across a broad spectrum of computer science topics.
• Conduct high‑quality scholarly research, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to both undergraduate and graduate students.
• Participate actively in departmental committees and university service initiatives.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
• Strong research record or clear potential for significant scholarly contributions.
• Commitment to community service and ability to contribute to its development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
