Associate Project Manager

About the role

As an Associate Project Manager at SITA you will drive projects that make air travel easy, safe and sustainable while embracing cultural diversity. The role operates in a fast‑paced, global, agile environment and requires strong stakeholder engagement across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full life‑cycle, handling change, risk mitigation and delivery of results to stakeholders.
• Coordinate diverse project teams, track activities against schedules and communicate progress regularly.
• Engage with customers to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, status reports, change requests, risk logs and steering‑committee updates.
• Incorporate sustainability considerations into planning and execution, setting goals and metrics for environmental impact.
• Use the SITA Project Management Tool to provide accurate project information and drive profitability in partnership with the Project Financial Controller.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience managing complex projects in a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to work with executives and senior management.
• Experience with IT solutions in the travel or transportation sector.
• University degree and formal project‑management certification (PMP preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically more than 75% of the time and be a KSA national.
