About the role

Lenovo is seeking an Assistant CMI Engineer to join its manufacturing improvement team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, aiming to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects targeting efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Drive improvements in production process technology, including facilities, fixtures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Enhance manufacturing workflow through systematic analysis and optimization.
• Support the implementation of digital systems to streamline manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience or a strong academic background in engineering or manufacturing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving.
