Audit & Assurance Associate – Mustaqbaly Program (Riyadh)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to join its Audit & Assurance team in Riyadh as part of the Mustaqbaly Program. You will work on a variety of audit engagements, supporting clients across sectors while developing a solid foundation in audit methodology and risk assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address audit and risk advisory priorities in line with stakeholder requirements.
• Apply relevant accounting standards and perform risk assessment procedures to detect material misstatements.
• Deliver high‑quality audits using Deloitte’s global audit imperatives, methodology, and tools.
• Formulate reasonable judgments and conclusions to produce timely, informative audit outputs.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards, local laws, ethical standards, independence requirements, and Deloitte’s quality control procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, auditing or a related field.
• Relevant work experience such as internships or summer positions.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work both independently and collaboratively.
