About the role

We are looking for a versatile professional to coordinate aviation maintenance activities, develop planning schedules, ensure safety compliance, and support HR functions for our maintenance team. This multifaceted position is essential for maintaining operational excellence while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance plans and schedules to maximize aircraft availability and reliability.
• Monitor compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, GACA).
• Coordinate safety programs, audits, and training initiatives to promote a safety‑first culture.
• Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training for maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address planning, logistical, and personnel matters.
• Maintain detailed records and reports on maintenance activities, safety compliance, and HR metrics.
• Provide technical and administrative support to management for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in aviation maintenance planning and safety management.
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations (FAA, EASA, GACA).
• Experience with HR processes within an aviation context.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and strong problem‑solving abilities.
