B2B Business Development Manager

About the role

The company is a globally recognised wellness, fitness and technology provider operating in more than 100 countries. It is looking for a B2B Business Development Manager to drive new business and manage key accounts across the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in the Eastern and Saudi markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market penetration.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution‑based consultations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain CRM data and provide regular sales activity reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing account development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Proven experience with solution‑based or consultative selling.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and generate new business.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or other CRM systems) experience.
