B2B Sales Representative – Chocolate Industry

About the role

Extreme Delights Chocolate is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to drive growth in the chocolate and confectionery market across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building relationships with corporate clients, distributors, hotels, and restaurants while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the chocolate sector.
• Manage and expand existing client accounts to secure long‑term partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations, tastings, and negotiations with corporate clients and distributors.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with HACCP, ISO, and SASO food safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Marketing, and Quality Control to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, quotations, and client communications in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in the chocolate or food industry within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, or SASO.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Existing network of clients in the food and hospitality sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Odoo.
