B2B Sales Specialist – Dammam

About the role

The B2B Sales Specialist will lead the direct trade channel for industrial oils, lubricants and greases in the Dammam region. You will build strong relationships with industrial, commercial and corporate customers to maximise sales, profitability and product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve unit sales targets through the B2B direct selling channel.
• Promote and develop tailored oil and lubricant solutions for industrial clients.
• Identify sales opportunities, devise strategies to grow revenue and expand market share.
• Increase customer retention by understanding and addressing client needs.
• Apply credit sales criteria to ensure sustainable growth.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align sales activities with company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, launching campaigns to meet KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial oils or related sectors.
• Strong ability to manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Excellent time‑management and stress‑tolerance skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting challenging targets.
