Banquet Supervisor (Saudis & Ladies Only)

About the role

The Banquet Supervisor ensures seamless execution of events at our hotel in Jeddah, overseeing setup, service standards, and coordination with the kitchen. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and female candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the setup of function rooms in strict accordance with Banquet Event Orders.
• Verify all pre‑requisitions for functions to guarantee timely readiness.
• Coordinate closely with the Chef on event menus and ensure accurate execution.
• Supervise banquet service staff, maintaining high service standards throughout events.
• Monitor banquet equipment and inventory, managing requisitions for replacements.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and security protocols in service and storage areas.
• Attend all management‑assigned meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management within hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction with clients, staff, and management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership capability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills, handling multiple events simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling Banquet Event Orders and menu coordination.
• Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards in food service environments.
