Barista – Luxury Hotel Café

About the role

The Barista will deliver exceptional coffee and beverage experiences in a luxury hotel café, upholding Rosewood’s brand standards. You will engage guests with personalized service, ensure consistent quality, and contribute to an elegant, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages following exact recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain beverage stations, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Monitor ingredient freshness, manage stock levels, and propose new seasonal beverage ideas.
• Support VIP amenities, special events, and bespoke guest requests.
• Accurately record orders, billing, and sales data while minimizing waste.
