Barista – Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our specialty coffee team. You will craft high‑quality coffee drinks, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold our standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked workspace at all times.
• Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including grinders, espresso machines, and brewing tools.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures strictly.
• Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and inventory management as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and espresso techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for coffee and continuous improvement.
