Bellboy – Guest Luggage & Welcome Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Bellboy to join our hotel team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless luggage handling throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering luggage safely.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel facilities.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, dining outlets, meeting spaces, and local attractions.
• Support Front Office during check‑in and check‑out processes as directed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Arrange transportation services such as taxis, airport transfers, and valet.
• Store and retrieve luggage in the baggage room while maintaining accurate records.
• Keep lobby, entrance, and baggage areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Deliver messages, parcels, mail, and amenities to guest rooms efficiently.
• Follow security procedures to protect guests, their belongings, and hotel property.
• Assist in emergency situations and support hotel safety protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel or customer‑service environment is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Good physical fitness with the ability to lift and carry luggage safely.
• Professional appearance and grooming in line with hotel standards.
