BIM Manager

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery for projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for establishing BIM standards, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high‑quality model production throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and tailor project‑level BIM standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with industry standards such as NBIM, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum and ISO 19650.
• Set up and manage the project Common Data Environment (CDE), including folder structures, permissions, metadata and integration with project management tools.
• Lead BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams, consultants and clients, ensuring clear communication of deliverables.
• Oversee day‑to‑day BIM production by internal staff and external partners, maintaining compliance with scope, Level of Development (LOD) and information requirements.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews, clash detection, model health scoring and issue remediation tracking.
• Produce or correct Revit model content directly when needed to keep schedules on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing BIM processes on large, multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
