BIM Manager – Stations and Infrastructure

About the role

The BIM Manager will lead the creation, management, and maintenance of digital 3D models for stations and infrastructure projects. These models serve as a single source of truth throughout design, construction, operation, and maintenance phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update accurate 3D BIM models for infrastructure and station projects.
• Coordinate model information with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure consistency.
• Maintain model data throughout the project lifecycle, supporting decision‑making and clash detection.
• Act as the reference point for all project stakeholders, providing clear visualisation of work scope.
• Prepare and present BIM deliverables and reports to internal and external parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on BIM modelling experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Experience using Navisworks.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with BIM platforms such as BIM360.
• Experience with Trimble Connect.
