BO Core and Cloud Manager

About the role

The BO Core and Cloud Manager is responsible for 2nd level assurance and operational activities within a Network Operations Center (NOC). This role ensures proactive and reactive maintenance, fault and problem management, and supports change, configuration, and security processes to keep services available and meeting SLA targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform 2nd level assurance operations following Blueprint NOC and EOE/MSTOP processes.
• Manage fault and problem resolution, including escalation to vendors and other NOC teams.
• Execute work orders and routine technical activities on live network services.
• Analyze service and network KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, design, and optimize network configurations and services.
• Support change management by providing technical requirements and specifications.
• Define technical work instructions, SLAs, and working level agreements.
• Implement security policies and ensure compliance.
• Estimate budgets, control costs, and manage ICT system maintenance.
• Handle logs, health‑check scripts, and dashboard monitoring.
• Conduct risk and impact analyses, patch introductions, and resource upgrades.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 2nd level network assurance or NOC operations.
• Strong understanding of fault, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and drive network optimisation.
• Experience working with vendors and handling escalations.
• Knowledge of security policies, budgeting, and resource planning.
