About the role
We are seeking a qualified and detail‑oriented Board Secretary to support our legal and corporate governance functions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth board and committee operations while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and other official documentation.
- Maintain accurate board records and governance documentation.
- Support compliance with corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Board Secretariat, Corporate Governance, or Legal Affairs.
- Strong knowledge of board and committee governance practices.
- Proven ability to prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
