Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Adventure World Entertainment location in Al Khobar. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of staff members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Manage budgeting, inventory control and financial reporting for the branch.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Enhance the overall guest experience through service quality initiatives.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and act on them.
• Coordinate with other departments to align operational activities with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership, team‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with conflict‑resolution skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting and operational processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, multitasking and time‑management capabilities.
• Experience in the entertainment, hospitality or retail sector is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
