Brand Manager – Cleaning Solutions

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for National Care Company’s cleaning solutions portfolio. Working closely with marketing, sales, supply‑chain, manufacturing and R&D, you will ensure brand alignment and drive growth across household, industrial and veterinary markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase market presence and drive growth.
• Define brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Analyse data to assess brand performance and guide strategic decisions.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, BTL, events) and monitor their effectiveness.
• Lead the new‑product innovation pipeline planning for the next three years.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure brand alignment and create supporting tools.
• Create and enforce brand guidelines, oversee marketing material production and ensure consistency.
• Track and report on brand performance metrics and use consumer feedback to improve perception and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
