Brand Manager – FMCG & Food Manufacturing

About the role

The Brand Manager will shape, protect, and grow the company's brand across all marketing channels. This strategic, hands‑on position focuses on brand positioning, digital marketing, creative content, and events management to boost market visibility and support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy and positioning in line with business goals.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, online campaigns, and content creation.
• Manage brand activations, events, and creative projects to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to inform brand decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or digital roles within FMCG, retail, or consumer‑focused environments.
• Commercially minded, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Graphic Design.
