Brand Manager – Lay’s

About the role

The Brand Manager for Lay’s will drive the execution of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring the brand’s positioning, product attributes and innovation pipeline align with PepsiCo’s growth ambitions. This role works closely with senior marketing leadership to translate strategy into measurable market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute transformation of Lay’s, including positioning in the anchor demand space, product attribute enhancement, flavor range revamp, and innovation pipeline development.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to provide regular updates, manage escalations and remove bottlenecks according to governance structures.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Manufacturing to launch new flavors, limited‑time offers and commercial plans.
• Track distributor performance, follow up on sales progress and identify gaps to ensure target achievement.
• Monitor and report on marketing activities to drive sales and share growth in line with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management within consumer packaged goods or snack foods.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and planning skills to monitor market performance.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and manage project timelines.
