Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of the brand strategy for Barns, ensuring every customer and market touchpoint reflects the brand’s identity, business goals, and consumer insights. This role owns the full brand lifecycle, from strategic planning to campaign rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee brand strategy, including positioning, identity, tone of voice, and visual direction.
• Plan and execute 360° integrated brand campaigns, product launches, partnerships, sponsorships, and cultural initiatives.
• Lead CSR and partnership strategies to align with brand values and drive social impact.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and translate market intelligence into positioning adjustments.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative assets across all channels.
• Collaborate with product, operations, digital, and customer experience teams to embed brand messaging throughout the customer journey.
• Manage agency relationships for creative development, production, and campaign rollouts.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor brand health KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
• Develop content strategy for storytelling, videos, internal brand stories, and customer engagement platforms.
• Coordinate the brand marketing calendar with national campaigns, business initiatives, and retail seasons.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in F&B or retail, with a track record in strategic planning and team management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
