Building and Infrastructure Sales Head

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Building and Infrastructure Sales Head to lead revenue growth and market expansion for Bureau Veritas in Saudi Arabia’s construction and infrastructure sectors. The role combines strategic business development with hands‑on account management, leveraging deep industry knowledge and proven sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in building, construction and infrastructure markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, architects and project managers.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and technical documentation, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Conduct regular client reviews, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and serve as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions and support proposal development.
• Mentor junior sales staff and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Required profile

• 15+ years of sales experience in building, construction or infrastructure, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of Saudi building codes, construction standards and infrastructure regulations.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated professional with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Familiarity with testing, inspection and certification standards (ISO, ASTM, IEC).
• CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
