Building Inspector

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Building Inspector to join its team. The inspector carries out building inspections, checks compliance with applicable standards and requirements, and communicates the findings clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience; experience in building inspection is preferred.
• Associate degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (associate degree level only).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.

Required skills

• Good observation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to identify and report building-related issues and non-compliance.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, engineers, project teams and other stakeholders.
• Professional approach to inspections, reports and technical documentation.
