Business Analyst, Digital Enablement

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive digital enablement across the enterprise, analysing current processes and translating requirements into integrated ERP and automated digital solutions that improve efficiency and support our transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Map and document as‑is business processes using BPMN, identifying pain points and inefficiencies.
• Analyse and optimise relationships between processes, systems and data flows.
• Define to‑be process models aligned with business objectives and feasible for ERP or automation implementation.
• Elicit functional and non‑functional requirements through interviews, surveys and workshops with business units and SMEs.
• Produce business requirements documents, user stories, use cases and process diagrams for ERP and workflow automation projects.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix and validate requirements during stakeholder review sessions.
• Act as a bridge between business users and IT, ensuring technical designs meet business needs.
• Collaborate with the Digital Enablement Manager, ERP specialists and developers to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Support configuration, testing and user acceptance testing of ERP modules and low‑code or workflow applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, digital enablement or ERP implementation.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with experience in BPMN and requirements traceability.
