Business Analyst Lead

About the role

The Business Analyst Lead will transform raw data from multiple sources into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will design, implement, and maintain advanced analytical models while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure usability and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and integrate data from diverse systems to create reliable analytical datasets.
• Develop and deploy mathematical models and machine‑learning algorithms in a user‑friendly environment.
• Perform statistical, operational‑research, and experimental‑design analyses to uncover opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Validate model quality, conduct scenario testing, and monitor performance over time.
• Participate in tender evaluations, RFP/RFQ reviews, and prepare professional proposals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, modeling, or machine‑learning roles.
• Proven ability to lead data‑driven initiatives and influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality assurance.
