Business Analyst (Saudi National)

About the role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Saudi National Business Analyst to bridge technology and business across its regional offices. You will analyze processes, capture requirements, and help design solutions that support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain business process models and diagrams.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams.
• Support implementation, testing, and rollout of new systems and processes.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture concepts and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with data analysis and modeling software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory; TOGAF certification is a plus.
