Business Analyst – Technology Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support technology projects by gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing processes, and translating needs into clear specifications for technical teams. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers to ensure solutions meet expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse business requirements through workshops, interviews and document reviews.
• Document requirements as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Map current (AS‑IS) and future (TO‑BE) processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Support backlog management, prioritisation, refinement sessions and traceability.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, UX and project managers to maintain clarity and alignment.
• Assist testing and UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes and handling defect clarifications.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, risk/issue logs and change requests.
• Contribute to change‑management activities, stakeholder communication and training support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology or digital projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
• Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
